A Boise restaurant has reached an agreement with the Idaho Potato Commission over the name of the business, the Idaho Fry Company. The commission said the name, which is being changed to the Boise Fry Company, violated a federal certification mark assuring buyers the spuds bagged and marked as "Idaho potatoes" were grown in the ...

Public outreach doesn’t have to tap taxpayers
