A Boise restaurant has reached an agreement with the Idaho Potato Commission over the name of the business, the Idaho Fry Company. It doesn’t cost any money to convince people of this: the city of Boise needs a stronger airport with improved passenger and freight access to grow its economy. And that cannot happen unless there is a change in the state’s Constitution.
