Boise's Telemetric sold to N.C.-based Sensus (access required)

Telemetric Corp., a Boise technology company that provides distribution automation technology to utilities, has a new owner. Sensus, of Raleigh, N.C., has acquired Telemetric’s assets and business.   Sensus is active in demand response and home automation.
