Treasure Valley foreclosures continue to rise (access required)

For the first time ever, monthly Treasure Valley foreclosures passed the 800 mark in July. Ada County saw 534 notices of default last month, while Canyon County saw 285. Canyon County foreclosures have stayed consistent since April, hovering between 280 and 310. Ada County foreclosures, however, have risen 26 percent ...
