Calvin Barrett earns certified financial planner designation

Calvin Barrett, of Edward Jones in Meridian, has earned authorization from the Certified Financial Planner board of standards to use the CFP certification mark. Barrett completed financial planning coursework and a comprehensive examination to earn the certification. The certification requires him to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and uphold the CFP board’s code of ethics.
