How do you find the right caterer for your seasonal function? What is your responsibility for the party? The trade show and it accompanying publication is a great way for corporate people who are making arrangements for the upcoming holiday event, seasonal party, or corporate gathering.

Distribution will be in the IBR and sent to the International Associate of Administrative Professionals (an HR group), and Chambers of Commerce.

The Event Planning Guide will include a directories of meeting centers and special venues across the area, as well as hotels, banquet facilities, and meeting planners.

Story topics include catering, food, holiday etiquette, venues selection,entertainment options, party budgeting, gift exchanges, renting equipment, and an event checklist.
