Idaho-based St. Luke’s Health System is preparing to expand the health care diagnostic information technology and outreach solutions in its laboratories.
Sunquest Information Systems, a provider of health care diagnostic information technology and outreach solutions, and St. Luke’s Health System have signed an agreement for services.
“St. Luke’s Laboratory Services will be implementing a fully operational system reference laboratory in 2010,” Ann Sargent, system director of laboratory services for St. Luke’s Health System, said in a release. “The focus is on enhancing quality, turnaround times, and employee and physician satisfaction at the reference facility.”
Sunquest has been providing lab solution software to St. Luke’s since 1999. St. Luke’s officials realize that a broad-based IT solution is necessary to enhance and develop current operations to meet our future needs.
Based in Idaho, St. Luke’s serves a region including southern Idaho and parts of eastern Oregon and northern Nevada.
The new suite of Sunquest outreach solutions is a full set of seamless technology tools to manage outreach operations. The tools will include logistics, connectivity, relationship management, billing, collections and financial reporting.
