Seattle IT company plans Boise branch

A Seattle-based IT support company is opening up a branch in Boise and hopes to become a long-term player in Idaho’s technology economy.
Northwest Computer Support plans a grand opening March 11 at the Microsoft offices in downtown Boise. Company employees will use the event as a chance to network with small businesses and possible technology clients in the area. NWCS will also announce the winner of an “Extreme Technology Makeover” valued at $50,000.
Paul Graydon, vice president of Sales for NWCS, told KIVI that the company also has established relationships with long-term players in Idaho like HP, NWCS specializes in helping small and medium sized businesses manage IT. The company also offers consulting and strategy services. Graydon estimates just under a dozen or so people could be hired right away when the company opens its doors in Boise, with more jobs possibly following. The employment opportunities will be IT and sales based. NWCS is a Microsoft GOLD partner.
