A seminar to provide customer with effective marketing tools is being conducted by Franklin Building Supply in Pocatello later this month.
The Boise-based Franklin Building Supply is bringing in the founders of a Portland consulting firm that focuses on business development, marketing solutions, and branding as part of the one time event in Pocatello. Jennifer Swick and Scott Ericson co-own Wheelhouse 20/20, and combined, have 35 years of building industry related experience.
Rick Lierz, owner of Franklin Building Supply, said, “We are thrilled to be bringing Scott and Jennifer to Pocatello. We are committed to our customer’s success and we think there is nothing more valuable than helping them market themselves; especially now.”
Many of the area’s builders often struggle with overall branding, logos, launching a Web site, and navigating social media. This event will offer marketing solutions, valuable tools to help a business grow, plus information on attention getting marketing messages, Leirz said.
“The old school method was to sell a builder a pile of wood. Now we are looking at business in a more innovative way. Many of our customers have limited resources due to the economy. This event is designed with low cost marketing solutions in mind and helping them build a marketing plan to fit their budget and the resources they have available to them,” he said.
The seminar will be July 26, at the Red Lion Hotel, 1555 Pocatello Creek Road, Pocatello. There will be a social hour and no host bar from 5-6 p.m., followed by the event which will run from 6-8 p.m. Attendees will also receive $1,000 in advertising discounts.
