Foley Freeman expands with new branch, staff

Foley Freeman Attorneys at Law has opened a new branch office in Nampa. The branch, formerly Alban Law, is located at 1224 1st St. South. The location brings the firm’s bankruptcy, estate planning, family law, business support and general civil litigation services to the Canyon County area.

The firm also welcomes two new attorneys, Leah F. Shotwell and Richard L. “Dick” Alban.

Shotwell will work with the firm’s family law and civil litigation teams. She received her bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2010.

Richard L. Alban

Alban brings more than 32 years’ worth of bankruptcy law experience to the firm’s bankruptcy team in Nampa. He earned the 2008 Professionalism Award from the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar. He received his bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene College and graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1975.
