Ayres will assist CSHQA’s mechanical engineering department with a variety of projects. His responsibilities include calculations, plumbing design, drafting, technical support, field verification, design fee proposals, preparation of construction observation reports and punch lists, construction administration and project management.
Ayres recently interned at Musgrove Engineering. He served as an aircraft weapons systems technician with the U.S. Air Force in Mountain Home for several years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Boise State University this year. He was a member of BSU’s Shell Eco-Marathon team, which designed, built and tested an energy-efficient vehicle.
