IBR gives kudos to top construction projects

For eight years, Idaho Business Review has been showcasing groundbreaking commercial projects in government, office/retail and private sectors. This year 55 joined the IBR Top Project ranks. Read about them in the July 27 issue of IBR.

In addition, an exclusive event for all 55 honorees – including the project managers, architects, owners and engineers – was held at Big Al’s in Meridian. The event gave about 300 attendees a sneak peek at the adult playground slated to open Aug. 6.

1st Place: BSU’s Micron Business and Economics Building, Boise

2nd Place: Hugh Nichols Public Safety Building, Nampa

3rd Place: Boise State University Lincoln Avenue Student Housing

 

Office/Retail

1st Place: Fred Meyer No. 685, Eagle

2nd Place: Rosauers Supermarket, Meridian

3rd Place: Fast Eddy’s Locust Grove, Meridian

Private

1st Place: The Village at Meridian, Meridian

2nd Place: Big Al’s, Meridian

3rd Place: Ventana Medical Plaza, Nampa
