The Idaho Youth Ranch plans a grand opening of a thrift store at 2141 Broadway Ave., Boise, Aug. 4. The 9,700-square-foot store employs seven people full-time and is the 26th store for the youth services organization.
Neighborhood Housing Services leased 6,036 square feet of office space in the Park Terrace Office Building, 3380 Americana Terrace, Boise. Lew Manglos of Colliers International represented the tenant. Greg Thueson of Quest and Company represented the landlord.
