The Boise Centre has named Matt Slighter executive chef and Shanell Hall executive sous chef.
Slighter has nearly 30 years of culinary experience. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles and began working for the Boise Centre in 2008 as sous chef. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation/Idaho Chefs de Cuisine.
Hall began working for the Boise Centre in 2010 as a lead cook. She earned her culinary degree from Idaho State University. She is also a member of the ACF/Idaho Chefs de Cuisine.
