Idaho Youth Ranch hires development officer

The Idaho Youth Ranch has named Amy Evans its north Idaho development officer.

Evans has been a volunteer in Coeur d’Alene for more than 10 years. She has served on Coeur d’Alene’s Planning and Zoning Commission since 2008. She has been member services manager at The Kroc Center since 2009. She launched the Sorensen Magnet School of the Arts and Humanities in Coeur d’Alene, and has been an Ironman triathlon captain volunteer for 10 years.

Evans maintains an office at Anchor House, IYR’s program in Coeur d’Alene that offers treatment for substance abuse to boys 13 to 18 years old. She attended Idaho State University.
