Construction started Oct. 2 at West Valley Medical Center’s four-story, 91,500-square-foot office building in Caldwell. The $15 million facility will house some of West Valley’s physicians and medical services, including a dedicated employer wellness clinic and an education center to prepare patients for surgical procedures. The building on the corner of Elm Street and Fairview Avenue is directly south of West Valley’s 150-bed hospital.
Gardner Co. is overseeing the development of the project, which was designed by Babcock Design Group of Salt Lake City. Engineered Structures Inc. is building the facility, which is set to be finished next summer.
