Rep. Simpson honored by water association

Rep. Mike Simpson, R-Idaho, is the 2012 recipient of the National Water Resources Association’s Water Statesman Award.

NWRA established the award in 1969 to recognize people who make significant contributions to water resources policy, conservation or planning in keeping sound water management in the western United States.
