Home Federal Bank promotes two employees

Two Home Federal Bank employees in Idaho have been promoted to new positions.

Rob Carroll has been promoted to branch manager of the Karcher Branch in Nampa. In this role, Carroll is responsible for supervising branch operations, increasing core deposits and loans, and providing customer service. He has more than 13 years of financial industry experience and has worked as a personal banker, loan officer and sales manager. He is a member of Leadership Nampa.

Belinda Sargent has been promoted to branch manager of the Silverstone Branch in Meridian. Sargent has more than 20 years of management experience. She has worked for Home Federal Bank for five years and worked in positions including personal banker and branch manager. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in marketing from San Diego State University. She is involved with the Boise and Eagle chambers of commerce and Business Network International of Southern Idaho.
