Project Update: Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac

Brad Iverson-Long//December 12, 2012

The new dealership and service shop for Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac is scheduled to open in March. The 52,000-square-foot building replaces three buildings of the current dealership, which should be more convenient for customers and employees, said general manager Rod West. The project, including buying land on the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Cloverdale Road, costs more than $10 million. ALC Architecture designed the project and Steed Construction is the general contractor.

The new building will have many new improvements, including space to do repairs on large trucks and recreational vehicles, and a heating system fueled by used oil. The dealership will also have a car wash, a children’s play area, WiFi capabilities and space for Allstate Insurance services for car buyers.
