The Idaho Housing and Finance Association recognized several Canyon County real estate agents for helping homebuyers obtain affordable home loans through IHFA. The agents were recognized at IHFA’s biennial STAR Awards luncheon Jan. 24 in Nampa.
The top STAR Award winners are Juanita Glaubitz, Rose Sanchez-Prideaux and Norma Garcia. First Mortgage Company of Idaho will be recognized as IHFA’s top lending partner in the area, with Leon Baker, Dennis Harvey and Marc Mitchell recognized as the top loan originators.
Glaubitz, of Silvercreek Realty Group, has earned the Gold Award. She has been a real estate agent for more than seven years and is a former president of the Nampa Association of Realtors. Sanchez-Prideaux, of Blossom Heights Realty, has earned the Silver Award. She has been a Realtor since 2002 and is a board member of the Nampa Association of Realtors. Garcia, of Victory Realty, has earned the Bronze Award. She has been a real estate agent for nearly seven years.
IHFA is also awarding certificates of appreciation to the following real estate agents: Greg Bullock, of Bullock and Company Realtors; Greg Davis, of Genesis Real Estate Group; Julie Geller, of Peterson & Associates Realtors; Maria Godina Hernandez, of Western Idaho Realty; Debbie Lampman, of Home of Idaho; Matthew Le Baron, of Trust Real Estate Group; Jason Mayfield, of Keller Williams Realty; Tami McHugh, of Heritage Real Estate; Todd Moffis, of Silverhawk Realty; Patti Syme, of Syme Real Estate; Julie Tucker, of Signature Realty Group; and Down Wixom, of Re/Max Advantage.
