Pensionmark Retirement Group in Boise has hired two new employees to assist its growing number of plan sponsors.
Peter Butler is the new director of investments. In this position, he is responsible for assisting the development of investment policies and corresponding analysis of retirement plan clients’ investment portfolios. He also coordinates research to determine whether investments are meeting client guidelines.
Butler has more than 18 years of financial analysis experience, including venture capital investment. He is a published author and has been invited to speak at national, regional and international business valuation conferences.
Cristina Georgescu-Hansen has been hired as a client relationship manager. In this position, she is responsible for processing new business for clients, providing plan administration support, and assisting with plan compliance and new plan installation and conversions.
Georgescu-Hansen earned her bachelor’s degree in international business with a minor in finance from Boise State University.
