Sen. Jim Risch welcomes spring interns

Republican Sen. Jim Risch has selected four Idaho college students and graduates to serve as spring interns in his Washington, D.C., office and one student to serve as an intern in his Idaho Falls office.

The Washington interns are Jordan Cook, a senior at Brigham Young University-Idaho majoring in political science with an emphasis in foreign affairs; Juan “Johnny” Manuel Martinez, a junior at Idaho State University majoring in political science; Colter Hathaway, a BYU-Idaho alumnus with a degree in political science with a foreign affairs emphasis and a minor in Russian language; and Lindsay Mock, an alumna of BYU-Idaho and Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in American government.

The Idaho Falls intern is Kristin Grant, a senior at BYU-Idaho majoring in political science with a minor in sociology.
