Home Federal Bank promotes employee to VP in Eagle

Terry FeslerTerry Fesler has been promoted to senior vice president and branch business banking manager at Home Federal Bank.

In this position, created to help streamline the lending process for small business clients, Fesler will provide leadership and oversight to help branches expand and add value to business banking relationships. He will also help develop new products and pricing, provide training and manage the branch business banking sales process for the entire bank. He will be based in Eagle.

Fesler has more than 17 years of banking experience in branch management, commercial lending and business development. He is an ambassador with the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, a board member of West Valley Little League and Optimist Youth Football, and a past board member of the American Red Cross.

Fesler attended College of Idaho, is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, and earned his Bachelor of Science in management from Boise State University.
