Kristin Armstrong-Savola and Heather Hill have joined St. Luke’s Health System in leadership positions.
Armstrong-Savola is the executive director of community health for St. Luke’s Ortho/Neuro and Sports Medicine program. In this role, she is responsible for developing communities and partnerships and strategies for the program in collaboration with St. Luke’s leadership, physicians and community relations teams. She will also coordinate sponsorships and oversee plan implementation and outcome measurements.
Armstrong-Savola has been a professional cyclist since 2003, winning Olympic gold medals in 200 and 2012. She has been a consultant for St. Luke’s since 2001. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education, exercise physiology from the University of Idaho.
Hill is director of the St. Luke’s Women’s Fitness Celebration. In this role, she will lead the team that manages the planning, development, implementation and growth of the celebration, including sponsorships and community partnerships.
Hill has worked as a branding and marketing consultant and has experience in event management with the Tour of Utah Men’s Professional Cycling Race, the Special Olympics World Winter Games and sports marketing initiatives for Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
