Ric Eborall has been promoted to president of Alliance Title & Escrow in Boise. He has worked for Alliance since 1995 in the roles of controller, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and president of operations. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University.
Dacia Fernandez has been promoted to corporate controller of Alliance Title & Escrow in Boise. She has worked for Alliance since 2007 as staff accountant. She earned her Master of Science in accountancy from San Jose State University.
Mark Mills has been promoted to chief financial officer of Futura Title & Escrow in Boise. He will oversee financial reporting, payroll, and banking and accounting services for Alliance Title & Escrow and AmeriTitle. He has worked for alliance since 2003 as corporate controller. He earned his bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from University of Idaho and is a certified public accountant.
Paul Fritz has been promoted to senior vice president and director of strategic assets for Futura Title & Escrow in Boise. He will oversee all activities related to real estate and facilities, information technology, and data compliance.
