Carpenter previously worked as vice president of government banking and as a treasury relationship sales manager at Zions Bank. He has also worked as a branch manager and has more than seven years of experience in the banking industry.
Carpenter is a member of the Boise Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and the Northwest Nazarene University Alumni Association. He volunteers with Idaho Public Television, Paint the Town and United Way. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration and his Master of Business Administration from NNU.
