Wingfield, employed by Veolia Transportation, was ValleyRide operations manager from July 2007 to November 2011, when he was named general manager. He has oversight of more than 85 employees.
During his time with ValleyRide, Wingfield has established and implemented a new-employee orientation and training program, improved ValleyRide’s safety-related incidents/accident record, and restructured the operations and maintenance department, which resulted in streamlined administrative functions, increased procedural efficiencies and a reduction in overall costs.
Wingfield earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in human resource management in Boise State University.
