Big Al’s joined forces with the Dine out for No Kid Hungry campaign to help fight childhood hunger in America in the month of September.
Big Al’s pledged to do its part by raising money while satisfying each guest’s sweet tooth, delivering nearly $1,000. The Meridian location raised $359 toward the total.
For the month of September, if a guest was a patron to any Big Al’s location and ordered a dessert, the restaurant donated $1 to the No Kid Hungry campaign. Those funds will be used to help put a stop to child hunger in America by connecting families with the resources they need to provide their children with enough nutritious food to thrive, every day.
