Raquel Arana Guglielmetti is the new vice president and professional banking team leader for Bank of the Cascades in the Treasure Valley. In this role, she will help customers with business and consumer banking services.
Guglielmetti brings more than 14 years of executive leadership and banking experience to her new position. Most recently, she was executive vice president for Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation, a nonprofit that develops and manages multifamily affordable housing.
Guglielmetti holds a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University, where she also served as an adjunct professor for the College of Business & Economics. Her past community service includes board membership for the National Affordable Housing Management Association and chairwoman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board. She is a member of the Idaho Women’s Charitable Foundation and continues to promote affordable housing in Idaho.
