Five attorneys have joined the team at Andersen Banducci.
Aaron Chandler was most recently an associate in the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman. He has litigated disputes involving fiduciary liability, contract interpretation and enforcement, defamation and trade secret misappropriation. He has represented parties in internal and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, he received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
Zach Zollinger is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan Law School. While there, he worked for the Child Advocacy Law Clinic, representing clients in Michigan state court foster-care proceedings. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
Susan Pierson has 10 years of experience representing clients in civil litigation matters, primarily in the areas of commercial and employment litigation. She has secured summary judgments for large employers in disability and age discrimination cases. Pierson graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
Rachel Murphy was most recently an assistant attorney general in the civil appeals division at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Murphy’s areas of expertise include appellate procedure, employment discrimination, administrative review and constitutional torts. A graduate of Stanford Law School, she received her undergraduate degree from Williams College.
Jason Rudd was previously an associate with Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk P.A. in Albuquerque, N.M. He represented national and local clients in personal injury and premises liability claims to construction and insurance coverage disputes. Rudd was part of the New Mexico Second Judicial District’s Volunteer Attorney Program. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
