Good Works: Dutch Bros. offers discount to help food banks

During an annual Valentine’s event dubbed “Dutch Luv Day,” Dutch Bros. Coffee locations in the Treasure Valley offered one dollar off any 16 ounce drink in exchange for three nonperishable food items. The food collected was donated to local food banks.

Meridian locations, owned by Jeff and Meegan Yarnall, donated 3,337 pounds of food to the Meridian Foodbank. Boise locations, owned by Brian and Libby Wight, along with

the Nampa and Caldwell stores, owned by Andrew and Shayna Randall, donated 8700 pounds to the Idaho Foodbank.
