Stinker Stores partnered with Dr. Pepper late last year to give two students a $2,000 scholarship to cover educational expenses. The recipients are Blake Bunney of Moscow, who is pursuing a plumber apprenticeship and license at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene and Richard Holman of Ammon, who

gave the money to his daughter, Brooke, a theater arts student at Idaho State University.

The text-to-enter contest was part of the annual Dr. Pepper tuition giveaway, which awards more than $1 million in tuition prizes to students across the country each year.
