Principal appointed at Borah

Tim Standlee has been appointed as the principal at Borah High School, effective the start of the 2014-15 school year.

He has 23 years of experience with the Boise School District, working as a health and physical education teacher, an assistant principal at Les Bois Junior High School, an assistant principal at Boise and Borah High Schools and a principal at West Junior High School.

Standlee is a graduate of Capital High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Oregon State University and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from the University of Idaho.

Standlee is replacing Bonita Hammer, who is retiring at the end of the 2013-14 school year.
