Shellan Rodriguez will serve as a project manager, focusing on property development, for The Capital City Development Corporation. Her role includes managing existing CCDC-owned assets and working with developers. Her goal is to expand private-public partnerships that will enhance the community.
Rodriguez has experience in the areas of affordable housing, planning and development, construction management, finance and asset management to the organization. She served as a housing and sustainability programs manager for The Pacific Companies headquartered in Eagle. Earlier, she worked in Montana for homeWord, Inc. and the Missoula Housing Authority.
Rodriguez holds a BA in liberal arts with an emphasis on environmental studies from the University of Montana. She is a former U.S. Green Building Council board member, a certified USGBC LEED Green Associate and a former member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders organization.
