Good Works: Meridian Boys & Girls Club gets support for clubhouse expansion

The Meridian club of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County held an open house for their new clubhouse expansion capital campaign on Oct. 16. Campaign co-chairs Meridian Mayor Tammy de Weerd and Gardner Company COO Tommy Ahlquist hosted the event to report on the progress of the campaign and review the design of the clubhouse expansion.

During the event, Boise Hunter Homes donated $30,000, Mountain West Bank gave $12,000 and Zion’s Bank donated an outdoor bronze statue valued at $8,000.
