Record Exchange holds Concert for Cause silent auction

The Record Exchange, located in downtown Boise at 11th & Main streets, is hosting a silent auction up to Dec. 8 in conjunction with 94.9 FM The River’s annual Concert for Cause. This year’s proceeds will benefit the Women’s & Children’s Alliance.

Items to be auctioned include, but are not limited to, a pair of tickets to Concert for Cause’s Dec. 9 Spoon show and sold out Billy Idol show on Dec. 14, a PF Chang’s gift card, hotel stays at Hotel 43 and the Modern Hotel & Bar, Spoon meet and greet, Spoon autographed guitar, framed and autographed Hozier poster, Scars on 45 private show at Bodovino on Dec. 14, Head & The Heart autographed guitar and Avett Brothers, Matt Nathanson and Passenger autographed poster packs.

Bids will be accepted in person, at the Record Exchange, during regular business hours from Nov. 28 to Dec. 8. Final bidding will be hosted by emcee Tim Johnstone of the River on the evening of Dec. 8.

Other sponsors of Concert for Cause include, Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise, The Knitting Factory, Sierra Trading Post, Greenwood’s Ski Haus and Hotel 43.
