Dennis Garpetti and John Staley of Boise and Brian Crawford of Pocatello were honored with fellowship degrees by the International College of Dentists at the American Dental Association’s annual October meeting in San Antonio, Texas.
Fellowships are conferred upon members of the ADA who are graduates of an ICD-recognized dental school, are active in the dental profession and the community and show high integrity and character. The officers of the ICD and its board of regents must approve their fellowship. Five percent of all dentists are asked to be Fellows. Idaho has 50 Fellows, with John Kriz of Boise acting as the Deputy Regent for Idaho.
Garpetti is a dentist at LIFESmiles Family and Cosmetic Dentristry, Staley is the dentist at Staley Dental and Crawford is the chair of the department of dental sciences at Idaho State University. All three are members of the Idaho State Dental Association.
