Jeff Nesset appointed to Idaho Housing and Finance Association

Jeff NessetJeff Nesset has been appointed to the seven-member Idaho Housing and Finance Association Board of Commissioners. He is senior vice president, financial advisor and branch manager for D.A. Davidson in Lewiston.

Nesset has experience in the areas of finance, economic development and legislative issues. He is a founding board member of the Jack O’ Connor Hunting Heritage and Education Center, and past member of the board of directors for Regence Blue Shield of Idaho and the Urban Renewal Agency.  He served as the Mayor of Lewiston from 1998 to 2007 and represented District 7 in the Idaho House of Representatives from 2010 to 2012. While in the House, he served on the Commerce and Human Resources, Education and Transportation and Defense committees. He holds a degree in business management from Montana State University.

IHFA commissioners are appointed by the governor to four-year terms and typically represent different regions of the state. Nesset’s term will expire on July 1, 2018.
