Dusty Standlee has been named CEO and president of Standlee Hay, a family-owned forage company in Kimberly.
Standlee will replace his father, founder Mike Standlee, who will continue working at the company.
Standlee Hay employs about 350 people, most of them in the Magic Valley of southern Idaho, said Jay Shansby, the company’s marketing manager. It sells its hay and forage products around the world.
The company also announced other leadership changes, all effective June 1. Scott Plew joins the
company as chief financial officer, executive vice president and minority owner. Plew was previously a partner at Cooper Norman CPAs.
Bobby Delgado was promoted to vice president of Standlee Hay Trucking, and Bob Ballensky to vice president of supply chain. Both were made minority owners of the company.
