Rick Dickson is the new vice president of finance and CFO for Mission Aviation Fellowship, and Aaron Bear is the new director of major funding and planned giving.
Dickson has served many roles with MAF around the world. He was the organization’s southern Africa area manager, overseeing MAF operations in the countries of Lesotho, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe. He spent six years as director of MAF’s Latin America region. In 2011, Dickson moved to Meridian to assume the role of senior director of field operations at MAF headquarters, a job he held until being named director of finance in June 2014. Dickson spent more than a decade in the defense industry prior to joining MAF.
Bear has been with MAF since 2006. He most recently served as director of the MAF Foundation. Prior to joining MAF, he was associate pastor at a church in Mountain Home. Bear is an adjunct professor with George Fox University.
MAF is a Christian ministry organization that enables the work of hundreds of churches, medical organizations, and relief agencies across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
