New director for Southwest District Health

Nikole Zogg joined Southwest District Health as the district director on Nov. 30. She has 18 years of public health experience, including time spent in the U.S. Air Force, in local public health at Central District Health in Boise, and in private healthcare.
Zogg has a BA in anthropology and master’s and doctoral degrees in public health. Southwest District Health serves the public health needs of the residents of Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, and Washington Counties. Zogg replaces Bruce Krosch, who is retiring from the health district after 16 years on Dec. 31.
