Scott Moscrip, the founder of Internet Truckstop Group in New Plymouth, has become company chairman. Paris Cole, who has served as chief financial officer since 2013, is its new CEO.
Moscrip, who founded the company in the basement of his home in 1995, has served as president and CEO since its inception. Cole will continue to fill the role of CFO until another candidate is found for the position.
Cole has a BA in business administration from Boise State University. He joined Truckstop after working for Cochlear Americas. He will now oversee all facets of the company, while Moscrip will oversee the company’s board of directors and will concentrate on product development.
Internet Truckstop Group is a family of brands that provides freight-matching services for 50,000 customers in the U.S. and Canada.
