Devin Riley is Caldwell police captain

d-riley-photoDevin Riley has been appointed by Police Chief Frank Wyant to serve as police captain for the City of Caldwell, effective Feb. 3.

Riley has served as a school resource officer, in juvenile investigations, corporal, sergeant, and most recently as lieutenant. Before joining the police force, Riley was a physical education teacher and worked at O’Connor Field House.

Over the years, Riley has coached basketball, track, softball and football in Caldwell. He now mentors local youth through the Mentoring Network and is an ambassador for the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce. He was born and raised in Caldwell, and attended Caldwell High School.
