Travis Foster has been promoted to operations manager for WHPacific’s Boise office. In this role, Travis has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of all service lines—transportation and bridge design, surveying and mapping, and land development—as well as business development efforts.
Travis has been with WHPacific for nearly 20 years, beginning his career as a survey technician in Oregon. He moved to Boise in 2006, where he was director of survey, leading the team to success on multiple projects. Two recent and award-winning projects led by Travis include the Boise Airport Checked Baggage Conveyor Scanning and 3D Modeling (2014) and the Snake River Visitors Center Area Scanning and Mapping for the design of the overlook at Twin Falls (2012).
Travis holds a BS in surveying from the Oregon Institute of Technology and is a registered professional land surveyor in Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. He is also a certified federal surveyor. Travis belongs to the Idaho Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon, Professional Land Surveyors of Wyoming, ACEC and the Society of American Military Engineers.
