Joel Hickman joins Idaho Trust Bank

Joel Hickman has been appointed chief banking officer of Idaho Trust Bank. Hickman was most recently vice-president of corporate and community relations at Saint Alphonsus Health System. Before that, he was a regional president at KeyBank and U.S. Bank.
