Pat Colwell to serve as treasurer on T-O Engineers board

Professional Engineer Pat Colwell has been elected as treasurer for the T-O Engineers board of directors.
Colwell has served as a project manager at T-O for more than 16 years, working with a variety of local agencies including Ada County Highway District, Local Highway Technical Assistance Council and the Idaho Transportation Department, plus several highway districts, and cities and counties. He is also involved with the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and is a board member for the Canyon County Utility Coordinating Council.
