The Idaho Trucking Association held its annual Truck Driving Championships May 14. Sixty-nine professional drivers with accident-free records for the past year competed for top honors in 9 classes and the chance to represent their company and state at the National Truck Driving and Step Van Competition in Indianapolis in August.  Pictured here is the competition’s Grand Champion William “Bill” Hill, Jr. (left) of Old Dominion Freight Lines’ Boise terminal and TDC Chairman Ray Rice (right) of Western Idaho Freightliner in Nampa.
