Lacy Makovsky has been promoted to customer support manager at Idaho Independent Bank. She will focus on managing the customer support department, as well as overseeing internet banking and bankcard customer support functions.
Makovsky joined IIB as a teller in February 2008. She was promoted to cash management assistant later that year, centralized services representative in 2012 and centralized services supervisor in 2015.
Makovsky has a master’s degree in criminal justice and a certificate in addiction studies from Boise State University. She volunteers for Rake up Boise, among other community events, and supports the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County by volunteering at the Club’s Wild West Auction.
