Kimball manages and facilitates three cross-sector working groups to improve student outcomes. Working closely with the director of continuous improvement, Kimball will support data-sharing between TVEP partners and drive decision-making.
Kimball has spent 10 years working to improve education in schools and communities. Her experience includes teaching middle school social studies in post-Katrina New Orleans, advising first-generation students through her work with the Boise State TRiO Pre-College programs, and providing academic, emotional and career guidance as a high school counselor in the Nampa and West Ada School Districts.
Kimball has a BA in secondary education from the University of Idaho and a master’s in counseling from Boise State University.
