Alicia A. Ritter becomes an NACD Fellow

Alicia RitterAlicia A. Ritter, president of Idaho-based Ritter Public Relations, has become a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow, the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals. Ritter  serves as a director on the boards of  Idaho Independent Bank, where she sits on the audit, nominating and compensation committees, Idaho Business for Education, and Foundation for Idaho History.  She is a member of the NACD, where she serves on the northwest chapter advisory board and is founder and chair of the Boise program.

Ritter has 25 years experience as a senior public relations and marketing executive, corporate director and board leader. She coaches boards and C-Suite executives on crisis and reputation management issues in uncertain and changing circumstances to protect shareholder/stakeholder value. She is a former chairman of the board of the Arid Club of Boise and has served on more than a dozen nonprofit boards, often in the role of chairman or committee chair.

The NACD is the advocate for the profession of directorship and is focused on advancing exemplary board leadership.
