The Springs II affordable housing project opens in McCall

Community leaders, investment partners and new residents celebrated the completion of The Springs II in McCall, a project addressing the need for more affordable housing in the area with 36 new homes. Optum Idaho was the largest investor, providing $5.5 million of the $7.2 million community developed by The Housing Company and Idaho Housing Finance Association (IHFA).
